Many of us have old computer parts lying around, but what are you supposed to do with old PC towers? Use your creativity, and repurpose them in unexpected ways.

I’m not entirely sure some of these are a great idea, but what do y’all think?

Portable BBQ. Burn your damn charcoal in your PC and smell the paint fume. Sounds like BBQ before ER.

Don’t PCs also have a lot of nickel in them too?

This all pretty much a bad idea. The garden is the best, but sticking pc cases as shelving? That’s asking for falling “shelves”

The barbecue is the worst offender. With the plastic and paint this is asking for an extra dose of cancer in your food. Cancer smoked meat… yum…

I actually want to have someone try the shelving bit to see just how bad of an idea it is

I think these people just want to watch the world burn, contribute nothing, consume attention, waste time… You know like those early day virsu that would just bog up CPU but would do nothing else… Some people just enjoy wasting other people’s resources.

They didn’t even use pictures of the cases, they just write about gardening with a picture of proper gardening tools.

internet assisted pollution, nothing else… how come it’s legal to advice these things… then I remember then a president from dumbfuckistan just told to drink bleach to get rid of covid, so that’s the quality we can expect these days… :'(

  1. A New PC

Opening article expecting some actual picture examples. Instead got stock images with zero PC towers. And honestly, I lost all hope by the time I got to BBQ.

Micro stealth grow.

AI generated garbage.

Can we please never, ever, ever link to that stupid fucking site ever again?!?!

Honestly. If I was a billionaire I would hire a hit-squad to ‘remove’ the people responsible for it.

I don’t actually agree with this list, I just saw it pop up in my Google feed and wanted a discussion around it. I didn’t realize people would have this visceral of a reaction to it.

Not attacking you dude.

This the second time I’ve clicked a link to that site and become contorted in rage at the sheer awfulness of the content.

It’s all good.

I did wonder if the article was AI generated, everything just seemed absolutely idiotic.

I’ve heard tell of lots of AI generated content these days. The publishers just don’t care. It’s a race to the bottom. Look at all the magazines that have just folded (pitchfork?!?! Far out)

This entire list is idiotic.
