While there is a story here that makes me wonder where the heck all this is going, I was less optimistic about Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League when I stopped playing than when I started. Here’s hoping it wins me back when it releases on February 2nd.
Surprising nobody, Suicide Squad is going to be another dead on arrival misfire AAA game.
Trailer looked interesting to me. Last performance of Kevin Conroy as Batman too, if I’m not mistaken. The Arkham series are part of my favorite games. Was hoping this would’ve been a decent continuation of that.
This smells like WB making the game instead of Rocksteady. Arkham made you feel like Batman. Here you have Captain Boomerang and a Shark man using guns?!

But the Arkham games had compelling gameplay that fit Batman to a T.

Man, when even IGN drags a game such as this through the mud, you know you didn’t do well. Ouff. 😢
Oof, any game that leaves reviewers putting the Avengers game in a more favorable light is not a good look.
