Today’s game is Phasmophobia (to stick with my “horror month” theme). With the Steam Sale i bought a copy for 2 other friends for a full party which makes these games 100% more fun. I suppose that’s the downside to these games though, you kind of need people you vibe with to play with, which means someone has to pay for a copy somewhere down the line. Luckily they’re not too expensive, but still it, it can make it hard to gather people.

I discovered the game save’s it’s camera photos which is fun. It adds a bit of depth to the ghost hunting mechanic which is fun. It also saves screenshots from the in game “Videos” you get, which are basically the same thing. It would be cool if it saved them as actual videos, but the processing power to render that probably would bar some people from playing. Anyways, here’s a picture of my friend being choked by a ghost.

This was after all 4 of us went back into the house to get a video of the ghost because i asked too. Somehow, i was the only one who made it out unscathed. Everyone else died or had to use a Crucifix to save themself. It was kind of ironic. Anyways, when i want media now, i get to go in by myself from now on to get it.

Me and one of my friend’s decided this whole ghost hunting thing wasn’t working out, so instead we started robbing the place. Anything that wasn’t nailed down went.

He… ended up dying to the ghost. And so did my other friend. Somehow i was the only one who made it out alive. And i made off with everything in the house. I didn’t guess the ghost correctly though unfortunately.

We also found a Monkey’s paw. We activated it, we’re not sure what it did. Nothing happened. I guess whatever wish it granted just cancelled out. At least i got this cool looking photo of it though. That was kind of all we got up too. It was a chill way to spend an evening with friends and once everyone figured it out we were having a blast.
