It annoys me more than it should how many software projects straight up don’t bother with patch notes. Have you ever looked at the ones for your phone apps? They usually just copy paste the same meaningless sentence(s) every update. Sometimes they’re straight up ads.
“Teehee, we’ve been hard at work squashing bugs to provide the best experience for you!” And then they’ve removed some useful feature, added more invasive tracking, added more ads, etc.
