Looks promising!

Does anyone happen to know if the app can auto-run at startup? Im having a heck of a time getting auto-start to work on termux + Apache2. If the phone powers down and then gets power later, I have to physically unlock and restart termux at the moment. Kinda sucks. But if local desktop can do something similar AND can start when the phone starts that would be a slam dunk for me.

Does termux boot plugin not work or are you running it from sv?

Using the termux boot plugin I have a few services (sshd etc) and some scripts to connect wireless debugging and start shizuku run without issue. I realize apache is a bit more complex. But it should still be doable

Technically any phone would need to at least be unlocked to allow for most features.

I also have an always on VPN which can’t connect until after first unlock which prevents any wireless communication.

Remember too , no snapdragon processor supports bare metal Linux terminal at the moment. Only Mediatek and Google Tensor for now.

I thought one or two of the Samsung foldables with snapdragons supported it.

You might be thinking of the flip 7 which actually comes with an exynos chip in all regions.

That’s the Fold 7, not the Flip 7.

You would need to root your phone to do that
