Today’s game is Max Payne 2. I discovered the -developerkeys flag so you know i had some fun with that while playing. I did this shot of Max diving over a landing which i really like. My steam keeps doing this weird bug where it crashes and reopens so i only got this shot and one of him nearly hitting the ground, but i still like how it came out. It’s accurate too because every time i hit this staircase i do the Dive. Is it a bad move? Yes. Does it look sick? Definitely.

While raiding Vlad’s bar i snuck up on these guys. I was just going to lob a grenade in there, but then one of the other NPCs came in and accidentally set off the trap themselves. I don’t think it was intentional, but i love that the enemies can do that. It adds an extra layer too the gameplay i kind of like.
During Max’s dream sequence, one of the doubles of Max was inside the bed. I’m going to take a guess this was a bug. Maybe something tied to proton, or too the fact that my hardware is way overqualified to be running this game. It could also be the Widescreen patch. Who knows?
While slightly less interesting, i was dicking around with the free cam and taking some Photos. None were as “active” as the one above, but i still enjoyed messing with these to get the hang of how to use the Free Cam. I’m guessing these are the tools they used to get promotional materials, which is really cool to get to play with. I wish more games left these unlocked for the player to use.
