I mean if you like the weird shit, I’d say continue on. They’re fun slasher movies, and the reboot from a couple years ago was pretty good imo; the ending was pretty fucked.
They’re definitely not art (aside from maybe the first one) lol, but they’re all still pretty enjoyable if you even tangentially like horror/slasher movies.
Idk why I like them, but I feel like imo it’s the equivalent of wanting to listen to some heavy metal or something. Sometimes you just want to watch something super fucked up.

I wasn’t a big fan of horror movies until later in life, mostly because my parents wouldn’t allow slasher type films.
So I ran through the saga. I enjoyed them, though I wouldn’t call them art, lol.
I agree, the reboot actually got me more interested in the lore, which I think Barker excels at based on his games Undying and Jericho.
