Mojang reveals Minecraft's Vibrant Visuals update, a new graphical upgrade coming soon.

Basically just implemented official shaders. Definitely doesn’t look as good as other shaders that exist like Sildur’s.

but there are plans to bring Vibrant Visuals to Minecraft: Java Edition in the future

Well if it comes together with the official modding API, I have nothing to worry about.😅

I’m guessing they are planning everything. From the official minecraft article :

Now we’re actively working on Vibrant Visuals for Minecraft: Java Edition and our goal is to bring it to the game in a way that serves not only our players, but also our modders and resource pack creators.
