Learned chess (check out lichess.org!) maybe that helped me but it still took like 2.5 years and was a real burden on everything. Back like a flower since a couple of weeks though 🥳

It’s been 2.5 for me as well! But it was funny because until I started meditating I didn’t even notice that I actually had Brian fog.
How did that help you understand you had brain fog? For me it was the opposite, like trying to think was way harder/more tiresome.
I felt like some invisible coat was between me and my brain… a weird feeling
