A week after going independent, Relic Entertainment has announced it would be laying off employees, though it's unclear how many are impacted.

It’s sad that it hasn’t improved since then and if anything has actually gotten worse.

This year is definitely worse.

I don’t expect it to get better until the fed lowers rates. Tech requires basically free money to make progress, and games requires free money and exploitation of young idealists.
