He’d never use a word as diplomatic as “concerning.” He’s trying to find a way to blame it on the “woke mind virus” or some other bullshit.
It’s actually been one of his catchphrases to dogwhistle fascist stuff. He just answers “Concerning.” to fake news, exaggerations or other dishonest stuff. Then he can deny he agrees or that he truly believed it. After all, he just wrote “Concerning”!
