Two things I noticed : The green blob appears semi-transparent on the screen score, but not in game. When the powerups appear, there is a square appearing from one or two frame at the center of the level.

It works out of the box on steamdeck.

Maybe you could look for taking lessons with someone for the guitar.

Then you can’t imagine the number of games I started and gave up with unity.

Creative coding is your friend. Look for p5.js . Instead to get the output in a cmdline console of your hello world, you will see it in picture you render. It is more exciting.

Once you understand basic principles, switch to a game engine.
