I found out about the game because one of the devs or something is funding AccursedFarms AKA Ross Scott’s campaign against games as a service so he did a promotion of the game. I thought I’d share it, it reminds me of NationStates in a way, I’ll try to try it out, thank you for your help, I’ll message you if I do!

Completely disagree, we need a legal basis, otherwise it will inevitable happen.

I’m from Argentina, the prices we have now are absolutely ridiculous even with the LATAM USD, an Argentinian might have a monthly income of something around 250-350USD, and some games are something along the lines of 40USD even with the regional pricing, you need to add to that the fact that there is a tax on the dollar of 155%. I assume a normal person from the US earns something along the lines of 1500-3000USD a month, so it’s completely incomparable. To give you an idea, physical retro collectible games are cheaper than virtual ones.

I think it wasn’t used enough or not creatively enough in the PS3, the only one that comes to mind is Heavenly Sword and its implementation was a bit poor and I’m unsure if it was the Six-Axis fault.

Afaik you just email him and he will give you one it is not like they are overwhelmed with people.

It is amazing how copos try to reinvent shittier versions of trains.

Who would guess the West does all of the things they accuse China of doing.

I would still use FF for moral reasons but I’d understand if uses it for the things you mention, but saying it’s “faster” isn’t really a good term in this case, faster in what? I mean, I’m not saying this is done in bad faith or anything, but would be even better if we could know that instead of simply clamoring over “fastness”.

What is exactly being measured here? Someone care to elaborate what kind of things they kept into account?

I wish they had regional pricings, I’d still use Steam because I have everything there but there are a few games that are only there and it’s nice. But currently I can’t be paying in USD because it’s fucking expensive.

I remember seeing some Philips bulbs that you could configure it’s tone with their application, sad thing is closed source and shit but maybe once you change it you don’t need to touch it anymore, unless you want it to change its colour throughout the day.

How mature is GameHub?
I would really like to ditch Steam in favour of a native GTK application which integrates better with my system and which is also libre software. Does anyone know how well it works? Can I truly replace the Steam client with this or does it still have a lot of lacking features?
