(Just to be clear, I use a Pixel but hate Google as a company)

Tbh idk about all of this, I think it’s just a QA issue and these things don’t affect most units.

You can say the same thing for samsung batteries, apple cables, etc.

My 6a has always had good reception (even though forums said it had problematic reception). The battery, software update, etc have been a non issue, and the bloat free software’s been stellar.

Maybe I have biases because of confirmation bias and I got this phone for an outrageously cheap price, but I still think pixels are one of the best androids, if not the best.

Plus, you can install GrapheneOS

same, my previous phone could barely run the official app and kept crashing after~30m of browsing, but Infinity ran really smooth on it. I loved the simple UI as well.

yeah, I’ve never heard of anyone that didn’t give up on rain world once.

I personally gave up on it until I found out about a coop mod that you can use to play with a friend, and I played it with my friend (who also gave up on it once) until I got past that 20h that makes the game really fun.

Rain World (I love it so much please take it away from me before I lose all of my free time):

  • Very fluid procedural movement that takes 300+ hours to learn
  • Torturous first 20 hours that most people give up during

kde connect is default on kde :)

btw, I thought nearby share was a new feature in android, ig it’s just the windows integration that’s coming in now

is it available on windows by default though?

Also most android devices take a while, I don’t even think most devices are running android 13 so it’ll take a while for that to be the case

I think it should be fully replaceable storage, not just expandable because a lot of companies throw out completely fine devices to get rid of sensitive information on the soldered drives
