okay. perhaps then

sopuli is good option, because europe centered just like football, and generally a well run instance

or perhaps lemm.ee has the advantage of being larger scale.

I’d vote for sopuli, but I see upsides to both.

It’s so weird though we’re playing so much better without him. I honestly think losing Gonçalo Ramos to injury, who was to be the main goalscorer this season is what’s hurting more. Because the team plays well, they just can’t seem to reliably get shots in the back of the net.

The text in the lower banner can be tranlsated to

“War on the [football] field, but peace on [earth]”

What happened to France. Monaco and Brest are on fire while Lucho’s PSG seems to be struggling.

Rumour is Thomas Frank refused the job because he thinks the club culture needs to change drastically before they can start being top 5 material again

Thanks for your comments.

How much does the updates thing matter? Good catch on only supporting three years, I’m hoping the phone I buy lasts atleast 5.

Thoughts on the Galaxy S23
I’m switching from IOS to android and am looking to buy a new phone. I really dont have time/energy to dig into it too much and i looked around and the s23 seemed quite good and affordable price wise. I’m not doing too much fancy stuff just needs to be able to last (my iphone has been serving me for 7 years). Any thoughts? Only thing that’s really necessary is the screen needs to have the ability to dim really dark (which seems to be a thing on the s23) because I have visual sensitivities and eye problems.

Yep must’ve been heartbreaking for Girona fans. Ultimately PSG didn’t have to pay for their abysmal finishing.

Dominant psg performance but Girona’s doing well to put pressure and make shooting harder, hence why (coupled with a bit of luck) PSG hasn’t scored as of now

Shit defence from brentford. But beautiful scissor kick goal from carvalhio

Last season half the starters were injured. We were absolutely ravaged. Barely made it out of relegation. So I think (even though we already now have 3 injured forwards) were going to do a decent bit better this season. Also the fact we had easyish fixtures helps.

I mean Man City def has better quality, but Brentford managed to play well, and do good both in posession and XG, beating man city, which is impressive.

I mean it’s decent but unless you’re a fan of either team probably can find a funner game to watch. PSG’s played really well, just a mistake from Nuno and Beraldo gave off a questionable Pen.

PSG are definitely funner to watch this season, the post-galacticos team has a nice feel to it.

This is what happens when half our defenders are injured and the other half are too tired from international break.

People were quite proud in the past few euros. Especially euro 2020 when we beat france, but also euro 2024 making it to quarters and losing on pens to eventual finalists. For the world cup people were generally happy we qualified, but world cup 2022 was seen as a disaster (lost 5-1 to portugal ro16).

I think people had less high expectations, because we have a decent number of really good players, but unlike belgium we didn’t have any “world stars” KDB, Hazard, Courtois etc.

teams past its prime. we had golden generation 2014-2024, now after a decade (and now that the euros are done) a bunch have retired. In that timeframe, we were the only team except for france to make it to every single euros + world cup round of 16

Same generation that won the U-17 world cup in 2009 for switzerland. Ended up being our best ever national team.

Now we go back to being a Norway/Ireland level team. Qualifying here and there, never going far.
