As with almost everything. Cheap is subjective. And not even just as in “I have more money so everything is cheaper for me” but also like “The value I derive from this thing for my specific use-case makes the cost feel cheap. To me.”

The private servers have been up a while. But it is always hard for fan projects to gain traction for devs, players, or donations, when the IP could be yanked at any time. NCSoft granting a license should provide one heck of a shot in the arm for this cult classic game.

They absolutely can. If Canadian cities can do it with less people and money then certainly some of these massive multi-billion dollar real estate companies can do it too.

My last three phones have been pixels. I skip every second generation because I tend to treat my phones well and they don’t need replacing every year.
I don’t think I would ever buy another phone. Add GOS on top of it and it’s pretty much perfect for my use cases.
