One of the best games I’ve played in a while. Is it a technical masterpiece that will go down in history for anything, no. Is it fun af, yes. Can’t wait for the dlc.

The well written part is my concern. Or we will get the same quality as a lot of recent movies and shows. Where the characters are stereotypes, poorly written, poorly developed. With plot points that are just randomly forced into the story, and that plot point has nothing to do with the rest of the story. You know the ones, where something has been added to the story and has no reason or meaning or benefit to being part of the story.

Part of the hate is against Sweeny. The rest of the hate is that it isn’t steam.

FC has some valid points. If I was a streamer of his level, it would get old as well. Imagine streaming a game. Having a good time, doing your thing. And then a bunch of people come into the stream. Voluntarily come into the stream. No one made them join his stream. And then stay there to complain about the game. Or the stream. Or one persons opinions. Like this random person, decided that they are going to go out of their way to complain about something they don’t like. And just bitch and complain about something they voluntarily decided to partake in. People need to find new hobbies and better ways to spend their time.

Good thing they are testing the network. I would hate to think what would happen if this wasn’t a test.

Key word there is planned. You can have all of the best practices covered with the best possible solutions. But, at the end of the day, shit happens outside of your control.

Kind of like with movies. I want to see games/movies/etc with great stories/plots that were terribly executed. Do good games deserve a refresh, sure. But come on, do something original and stop riding the nostalgia wave.
