Youre right. Ive never completed a ascension 20, I dont even have every character that high, but if I turn ascension off I clear the game easy. Youre more skilled than it looks like you are, just revert to base game and watch.

And other celebrated games, Everquest, are 100% free to play up to the most recent 2 expansions. There is a paid subscription that unlocked slightly more powerful spells, quick alternate ability progression, and…i dont remember… You can pay about $10 for the quick ability progression instantly but the spells are unimportant. You could also just buy the expansions without subscriptions, or you could just wait a year for your next free dosage of content. Hell theres enough content free for a few years of play without needing to buy anything.

Well I havent bought a physical game since…idk halo 5 maybe? Gamepass wasnt a thing at that time and physical sales have been trending down for years before gamepass, but sure, lets say thats the sole cause.

I can personally recommend the Astro a50s and the Audeze Maxwell, but both of those are going to approach the $300 mark. You can also explore cheaper Astro headsets like the a30s but i havent had any experience with those
