That sucks. I’m still salty about David Hayter not being in MGS5. Or Michael Ironside not being in Splinter Cell Blacklist, but I think I’m the only one who gave a shit about that game.

Disappointing, but not surprising. I was hopeful when Square sold off their properties to Embracer, who at least seemed like they wanted to do something with Deus Ex, but with their recent financial troubles, it wouldn’t be surprising if they scaled back any plans they had for the franchise.
The characters will be voiced by an AI. Players will be astounded at the wide range of in-game dialog, and occasionally bemused when game characters insist that “the arsonist has oddly-shaped feet” and “The Human Torch is denied a bank loan.”
