Total war middle earth or something similar, if total war can perform a necromantic feat greater than Nagash and resurrect interest in the old world then it would be great for Lord of the Rings.
Or a game where you play as Legolas or something. Like, conceptually Gollum is not a bad idea. A game where Gollum has to escape from his pursuers and has to make deep conflicting decisions with his two halfs, like I think that could have been cool if executed correctly after a lot of pre-planning.
