I/O savvy users won't be happy with Arrow Lake's one extra USB 2.0 port

Of course it’s done intentionally so you have to buy a new motherboard. Stick with AMD if you want to be able to upgrade your CPU.

I don’t know what the situation is today, but I had to build a new computer during the end of the series for the AMD chips and have a 5800x

I know they have since released some newer chips for that motherboard series for gaming, but I’m now on a cycle of when I may want to upgrade its near the end of a cycle.

Kinda annoying.

Also keeping the same platform reduces electronic waste

I refuse to upgrade now unless it is a generational leap for this fact alone. People need to get better with consumption overall

But think of the profit improvements!
