In my case, the OG Xbox. The first console I got, so definitely nostalgia tinted feeling. Fable, Dead or Alive and Star Wars Jedi Outcast are probably my most played games on that platform.

“From time to time” would be my N64, as in it is probably the console that I play the least but still have hooked up. I let a coworker borrow a few games in 2018 and it was only until I was leaving that job in mid 2022 that they realized they still had them… which I had forgotten because I probably hadn’t tried paying them in that entire 4 years.

But playing through Mario 64 or running through a few levels of Star Wars : Shadows of the Empire is a good kick of nostalgia for me.

A gaming community free from the hype and oversaturation of current releases, catering to gamers who wait at least 12 months after release to play a game. Whether it’s price, waiting for bugs/issues to be patched, DLC to be released, don’t meet the system requirements, or just haven’t had the time to keep up with the latest releases.
