Too bad for hdd users. Drop the needed duplication. If someone can’t pay even 20-50 bucks for an entry level ssd in this day and age, they need to start getting left behind.
They could probably put out a beta branch or whatever it’s called specifically for hard drives. Have the default installation assume you have an ssd and let people opt into hdd optimization.
