Edit: it looks like the banner is incorrect. On the front page of steam it’s the right dates and says summer, but when I click on it to see all the sales it says spring with the dates for the spring sale. It’ll probably get fixed soon.


A gaming community free from the hype and oversaturation of current releases, catering to gamers who wait at least 12 months after release to play a game. Whether it’s price, waiting for bugs/issues to be patched, DLC to be released, don’t meet the system requirements, or just haven’t had the time to keep up with the latest releases.

Damn dude. The AAA games are still expensive, but I don’t think I’ve seen these kinda sales for indy/niche games in years.
Probably not a great economic indicator though.
Which ones? Animal Well is still at -15% after a year, it’s holding on.
I was a bit surprised to see Steamworld Dig 2 at -94%, but then I realised it’s 8 years old.
