Also, the only thing that comes from including more people of color, LGBTQ+ people, etc., in media is more variety in characters and possible story lines. How is that ever a bad thing?

I remember feeling this in church as a kid. Know what I did? I asked myself, “why would I react that way? If this is true, then it should be able to withstand challenges, and if it’s not then it is not worth believing.”
