If you read the article it makes more sense, not so much wacky, but the way that the guns target depending on where the barrel is actually pointing, or like they say, the arc thrower and the railgun’s alt mode that lets you blow yourself up if you overcharge it. Things like the Tesla tower or dropping minefields accidentally on your friends because you died with the stratagem in your hands.
