Tbh their old dlc practices were fine. Stellaris? Until relatively recently every dlc came with free updates and they all provided major changes to the gameplay. somewhere down the line the dlc became much less impactful, and that seems to be the case here as well.

Yeah it’s important to note that being prudish is almost as much as a smoke screen as being feminist (almost I’m sure they are actually puritans as well); their actual goal is to shut down discussion of abuse against women and children. Reach (the planet) was one variation of millions of similar stories humanity has in Halo and the game exploring it was one of the best, just do more of that!
