Are there any launchers that have Nova’s 2 best features?

1. Swipe-to-open folders (with tap to open the first item in the folder)
2. Set any icon you want as an app icon?

I’ve tried Lawnchair and it was missing these 2 features. I will switch to any launcher that supports these!

My only wish is that they made a smaller version. I realize that that’s probably impossible, given their goals (smaller phones are probably harder to repair). But man do I miss small phones

Surprising. Lineage lists the Pixel 2 as one of its officially-supported devices.

Here’s a great tool for finding Lineage-supported phones that even lets you search by size!

Hackable Phones According to their search, the smallest supported phone might be the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini.

However, as an XZ1 Compact user, I have to throw my recommendation to that Sony device. It’s great.

Second this! After everything we’ve been through with Reddit and Twitter, a lot of users are wary of closed-source/closed-data apps and services. Open source values are what brought us to Lemmy in the first place! An open source app is in keeping with that.
