iirc, the fallout 4 dlc provides a bunch of dependencies for modders and stuff to do more complicated things so big mods like this tend to require it. this has been a thing in Bethesda mod spaces for a really long time at this point.

GTX Titan X 12gb, Intel I-5 6500 3.2ghz, 16 gigs of RAM. It’s a low end setup but I can get a stable 30-40 frames in most areas, some dips but it’s more than playable.
