Logitech F310.

I’ve been using these for almost as long as I’ve been using Linux (10+ years). Plug and play and a good length on the cable. No vibration but that wasn’t essential for me.

(PS there IS a wireless model / version but I’ve never used it - Logitech F710).

Best of luck.

As a Linux player I’m SO glad I didn’t buy RDR2. I was on the fence about it earlier this year but decided against it due to buying Diablo 4… I’ve since removed RDR2 from my wishlist.

2015 is when GTAV was released (for PC) Yet here we are almost a decade later and now they add anti-cheat…?

I don’t know what GTAV is like currently but the last time I played GTAV:MP it was a total mess. God knows why they didn’t think to add anti-cheat sooner… It’s not like Rockstar are hard up.

Damn, looks like I’m a little late to the party. I’m kinda glad I missed the sale actually because it’s really not something I could justify buying right now.

I hope everyone that has bought one enjoys their Deck 😄

Nice post OP, a few of mine off the top of my head;

  • Half-Life (+expansions + Black Mesa)

  • Bioshock

  • Deus Ex

  • Call of Duty: Black Ops (World at War was great too + ZOMBIES!)

  • Morrowind / Oblivion / Skyrim

  • Fallout: New Vegas (+DLC)

  • System Shock 2

I played a few of the MoH (I can’t recall which) but never owned them.

I have the game (and am able to invite people) if anyone wants an invite DM me your Steam URL and I’ll send you an invite.

DoS2 is fantastic and worth checking out (if you haven’t) enjoy your adventure.

I think you’ve misunderstood; I was laughing at them claiming Arch is less functional than Windows. It was stated so factually, when in actuality it’s nothing more than an opinion (and a debatable one).

With that said, my partner has been using a Steam Deck for a little over a year now, to date they haven’t needed to use the console once (or “hack” anything). You’re being disingenuous or doing it wrong.

Good luck with your peaceful / not peaceful demonstration and let me know how it goes; the image of a small group of people with placards protesting against “OSes and other critical IT software” gave me a good giggle.

Yes! Give thanks and praise to the brain trust behind Proton. True MVPs.

Space Station 14 on Steam!

It’s free and very fun. I’m quite new to SS14 and there seems to be a lot to it. It’s graphics are topdown, 2D and aren’t it’s strong point but the potential for fun is unlimited.

I found it to be pretty overwhelming at first, evening moving around and navigating the UI was difficult. However, now I’m going around mining space rocks, cleaning up mess in the station and providing my crew mates with ketchup on bread for sustenance.

I think that’s a little harsh. Can I ask what you feel is wrong with the graphics as they are?

I’m currently playing Fallout and my only issue is the UI scaling, the graphics themselves I find quite charming.
