I assume that you are talking about connectivity issues?

On a side note, I used an international base S22 and had terrible battery life when I was in the US. However, that’s likely due to the chip’s inefficiencies rather the connectivity issues. I had strong 4G/5G reception on T-Mobile.

The S23 is what the S22 should’ve been. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is a beast!

Charge it whenever you need to, but heat is the battery’s biggest enemy. A slow charger is ideal since it generates less heat.

If your phone is plugged most of the time, you can consider setting a charge limit if you don’t typically use more than what limit is supported.
