Oh, thats why my old samsung phone lasts for a month without usage, but pixel loses 5% per night on airplane.

Somone made a whole article just to say that Google changed long press to tap in an app…

Why?

I tried spotube few months ago and it sounds worse for some reason and thats as bad as it can gets for a music player. And revanced is closed source with patches… something sketchy…

Oh, thats why RiMusic stopped working for me 3 days ago… Now I have to find an alternative. Any recommendations?

I don’t have Google Play services on my phone and I don’t get notifications from any app that doesn’t support unified push. So I get only calls, texts and signal.

RiMusic is great, but I think it’s YT Music client and not Spotify. You should give it a go anyway!

One is backup/gaming phone, I use 3 testing postmarketos and doing programming projects with them, and for otherones I don’t know yet…

What to do with old phones?
I found a few old phones from my family. II cleaned them, installed LineageOS and rooted most of them. On one I installed postmarketOS, one is still stock Android and one is lets say bricked (after installing lineagesos it stay on boot logo for ever, before that I installed lineageos and nethunter on it). One one disk encryption doesnt work for some reason. Phones (all samsung galaxy): - S4 - A5 - A5 (bricked) - A5 (postmarketOS) - J3 - J4+ (no encryption) - A31 (stock) What can I do with them? Something like Monero node or Tor relay, but I'm already running that on old pc. For something that needs speed I have rpis (like a website). Camera security system? Tracking device? Is it possible to run (and autorun) cli apps and/or services that can access interent, bluetooth, gps, sensors, camera, files, etc. just like on linux? I'm a programmer and I don't like making normal android apps for a simple project.

You should keep your phone and install GrapheneOS. It’s not hard, you just have to reboot your phone and press few clicks in your browser. You can install Google Play and every Google service should work (except Android Auto and you can’t use NFC with GPay).

NFC payments on GrapheneOS
Hi, I want to pay with online prepaid visa in person. I could add it to Google Pay, but Google Pay doesn't support NFC payments on GrapheneOS. Do you know any other app that lrts you do that?
