I call it Xitter, using the Chinese pronunciation of Xi.

They said they expect it to happen. That’s different from Sony saying it’s gonna happen.

Their plans for future development were probably predicated on a certain amount of profit. If they missed that badly, some planned games might not get made.

Damn but that’s some good news. One of the best RPGs of the SNES era, and that’s saying something.
