I hopped the hoop to unlock a motorola in 2023: voided the warranty for the code which didn’t work. Support gave no help or insight (while refusing to un-void the warranty) …it had an un-advertised time lock, so after waiting a week, & wiping everything again I was able to have admin to my own fscking device.

Thumb-Key for a couple years. Handing phone to a relative when they request to look something up and seeing their puzzled stare has been the best part.
