Just finished the main storyline for Pokemon infinite fusion. Great game, highly recommend. There are a lot of custom sprites for fused Pokemon so the product end up looking pretty goofy/creepy/cool/cute/weird depending on which Pokemon is head and body.

Next up is probably going to cyberpunk 2077 or Nier Replicant.

I’m not a fan of it. I think live service games generally comes with battle passes, which are essentially preordering DLCs. DLCs that have not been announced, with no details and nothing else. They also often offer some exp bonus or in game items. I think this has an impact on how the game is balanced. The bonuses can’t be game breaking so they have to nerf the base game experience to make it “valuable”.

I think it can be done well if the base game is free. Dota 2 and csgo are good examples of it because the bonuses that come with battle passes are mostly cosmetic, and they help the support game development. If the base game is £60, then the company can fuck off. I prefer standalone games with expansion packs being released at a later time. Being able to play offline is also great, even though I am rarely without Internet access.

Wow I never thought I would live to see Mewgenics getting released. Definitely adding it to the wishlist

I haven’t played for years but I enjoy the memes and YouTube content. Sailing would mean more content to watch so I hope it passes

I lost 18 minutes of progress. I continued from my old save at around 1705

After a few hours, I closed the game and saw the update had come out at 1712

Oh well, still has fun replaying those segments

I don’t have any specific games to play after work. I just play whatever I’m enjoying most. Currently, that game is baldurs gate 3. I haven’t played anything else since Thursday. Before that, it was Spiritfall. It’s a roguelite with brawlhalla/smashbros type combat fused with hades’ blessings power ups. It’s still in early access but it’s pretty polished, and a lot of fun. I was also playing risk of rain 2 from time to time but boy does it take a while to get good at that game…

Both games are great. Blooms TD is a great way to kill time. The sounds of balloons popping take a while to get old.

I haven’t played loop hero since launch but it may be time to replay it

Nier Replicant

I reached ending A, and I’m finally beginning to see interesting differences in the current route. Finally got my Dualsense controller to work via Bluetooth on pc as well

Cheat engine is one of the best things for modern gaming. I love many roguelites but when it gets too slow to progress, I’m using chest engine to make things more fun.

So far I’ve picked up Cassette Beasts and Nier Replicant. The former is a monster tamer game which I really enjoyed. Mechanics were fun, and the world exploration was superb. You unlock abilities for movement kind of like BOTW/Hollow Knight.

Nier Replicant has hot androids
