I honestly don’t understand why you’d go back to Intel these days. Performance is only comparable if Intel chips guzzle like twice the wattage, and they’ll make sure you have to also change your mobo by conveniently switching sockets every two years. What’s the upside of going Intel?

I’d go with Chants of Sennaar as a direct Steam or GOG gift. Granted, it’s not exactly patient gaming since it came out last year, but I found it had a charming and somehow retro vibe when I tried and enjoyed the demo, and it certainly is an original game concept. I suggest you try it yourself !
