Will android ever get something like this? From blackberry android, it was picture password. Simply amazing and never have to worry about someone peaking over and seeing my pin and safer than biometrics

Isn’t it bruteforceable? I imagine you could simply use a robotic finger to give random inputs. Did it have any timeouts? Or a duration for you to keep the number on the spot?

After x tries, forces a pin similar to the biometric today

I’ve seen a few variations on password/pattern improvements, and this is the best one I’ve seen yet!

How does this even work?

Basically pick a number and a spot on the wallpaper. When you unlock the screen shows a bunch of numbers and you move it till your number fits the spot. Takes a second.

I remember this from my Playbook. Someone could watch you unlock your screen and still not know how to do it. It was really fast and easy.

Edit: I think it was from their QNX based OS. Not android.
