Hello, I successfully rooted my Pixel 8 Pro but I am stuck at “Phone is starting” after enabling Zygisk and rebooting. It does boot fine into safe mode tho. What can cause this issue and how can I fix it? Thx a lot!

You need to boot your device into the bootloader interface. To do this, you need to hold the volume down button while the device boots.
After install OEM was lock again.

No, I just install via browser and Grapheneos web site.

You don’t, there’s really no reason to root anymore
My post specifically talks about rooting the Pixel 8 Pro, I do not see why you would promote the use of gOS.
