Content creators love the built-in camera; sceptics call them ‘pervert glasses’. Do we really need any more hi-tech wearables, even with a voice assistant that sounds like Judi Dench?

I used something similar in a research context and it did make me feel like a weirdo. I couldn’t look people in the eye because of the shame of it, which probably affected the overall results but anyways.

I feel like a month is a really long time to do something like this that makes you feel uncomfortable and creepy. And yet there are people who won’t feel any awkwardness and who will gladly wear these glasses and interact with others as if they weren’t.
