Chrome keeps reloading anytime I open it, it enters in a loop and emit reloads quicker every time. It does not matter the website, static or dynamic pages have the same issue.

Clearing cache and data, as suggested above, solved it. Did not tried with brave, but Opera, Firefox and Vivaldi were free if that issue.
That’s a privacy -breaking link, fyi. It can expose your Google account name which is your email.
