Microsoft has sent its final submission to the CMA citing reasons why its acquisition of Activision Blizzard should not be blocked.

Microsoft’s submission to the CMA raises all three development points to try to convince the CMA. The three development points are:

  1. Microsoft’s agreement with the European Commission on enforcing the various cloud agreements they signed.
  2. Microsoft’s agreement with Sony.
  3. Fresh material from the FTC case that “undermines the (CMA’s) conclusions." <

Sounds like, “We aRe rIgHt BeCaUse:”

  1. Our lawyers said so in the EU.
  2. Our lawyers said so in Japan.
  3. New evidence we found proves we’re totally right, it’s legit, but we can’t show you, just trust us, we’re right.
