I’m still self-hosting a dedicated server. Anyone know if I’ll need to upgrade that, or are the “optimizations” all client-side?

I have a server admin question that always bugged me (in fun ways)
some Admins had ability to summon OG unreal characters into the running ctf or death match etc maps.
is there some sort of “cool” server admin commands that exist anywhere ?
