In Android 14, you can manually revoke the USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT permission from apps so they can't send you full-screen notifications.
Later this year, Google Play will auto revoke this permission from newly installed apps that don't provide calling or alarm functionality!

This permission will remain for apps that were installed before the Android 14 update.
You have to opt-in to those already. This isn’t blocking applications from being able to do full screen notifications, it’s just defaulting it to disabled so you have to opt in.

8. Submission statements of any length composed of your own thoughts inside the post text field are mandatory for any microblog posts, and are optional but recommended for article/image/video posts.
Surely Play Services will comply with this with their full screen notification for prompt logins
