This is a pretty big admission of failure, which is good to see. I’m a little worried it might be too little too late, considering the community has been on fire for at least six months and grumbling since WH3’s botched release. The fact that CA is willing to put their money where their mouth is will go a long way, though now it confirms that the price hikes were the result of unchecked greed and were not necessary, contrary to previous letters to the community.
