I tried to reply in English but this community does not allow me to set English as the post language. I wasn’t able to comment in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish either. Please excuse me for communicating in English, but what is the proper language to use in this community?

I don’t have a drivers license or car and probably never will because of the environmental impact.

But I do enjoy car simulators so I suppose the North South Korean Supreme Court could hold me partially responsible for all the pollution cars have produced.

I wonder if this leap in logic is due to the South Korean Presidential Witch Puppet instating supreme court members from their cult before she was toppled? It’s all just clown business as usual.

Both this and Fallout: London looks like fun, I’m glad modders are creating new life for a fun, but aging game.

The 50 series have always been garbage but when a reviewer calls for a magnificent 20 something compared to a pathetic 18 of the same… That’s like a 10% difference. Seems almost a bit harsh.

I think the general likeness of the product and intended use plays a large part when it comes to lawsuits regarding trademarks etc…

Consider this product:

  • It’s a gaming console
  • It’s dual screen
  • It’s clamshell
  • It has the abbreviation “DS” in their model name, hinting at dual screens.

Compare that to a fictional product, an European rustbucket of a car: the Centaur Avante DS 340.

  • Is not a gaming console
  • Doesn’t have dual screen
  • Is not clamshell
  • Has the abbreviation “DS” in their model name, hinting at “Direct Steering” since it’s the model without powersteering.

I think this product would be more at risk of being sued by Nintendo rather than the fictional car manufacturer…
