I’ll wait until other countries validate the findings, or until someone makes a working prototype, before getting excited. Seems like it’s one of those “too good to be true” stories like the LK-99. Hype in tech and science almost always leads to disappointment.

Does people still trust empty promises like this?

Probably one of the greatest games of all times, i’m always amazed at the sheer amount of possibilities. I did a throwing-focused character last time, stripping car batteries for that sweet sweet acid, making molotov cocktails with gasoline and homemade grenades with commercial fertilizer. Next time maybe I’ll do a pirate living in a lighthouse, strapping cannons and guns to a boat. The vehicule building is out of this world, so much fun…

How’s the performance now? Any chance that I can play on a Steam Deck or should I just stick to KSP1?

Spore was a big let-down, but I think that Starbound was the last straw for me. I never bought an early-access game since then.

It’s amazing how little I trust announcements like this now. I have been burned so many times by empty promises from game developers that I can’t feel hyped anymore.

So you need to remove entire gameplay segments in order to make this crap somewhat enjoyable? Jesus.
