IDK. I found 2020 results, so the content they bought is at least that old. I don’t generally support disabling content, but this is a special circumstance where they didn’t really have a choice.
Expecting a full refund for multiplayer content you had for several years and had real hosting costs seems unrealistic. Fuck the freemium model, fuck microtransactions, etc, but real money refunds this long after the fact are a big ask.
Charging real money inside a video game was their first abuse.
Also for fuck’s sake, why does anyone use title case when it creates this garden-path minefield? This is the opposite of those tweets where every word would’ve been incomprehensible fifteen years before.
