My goal is just to have a community where people can go and see what new game news is out for the day and comment on it.
Some games are installed locally. If you use the Windows Gamepass app, some games will install rather than stream. So I guess it’s possible.

IIRC that part is fixed now, but there’s another limitation that prevents script extenders from working.
