That is to say “I’ll pirate it because I don’t like the price” is a valid justification. That’s like… all kind of piracy? It’s not even justifying, but just saying “I don’t want to pay” in different words.
Yeah that’s valid justification. It’s actually a little more “I don’t want to pay and I know how to not get caught”
