I agree that Division 1 had a better atmosphere. The snow covering the ruined city gave a bleak and oppressive tone, which was a much better fit for the theme of the game.

I miss Division 1, the atmosphere in that game is so freaking good. The snow and wind combination.
It makes me sad that they didn’t give it a 60FPS patch for PS5. And I refuse to pay again for the Steam version.
